Transit Provider Maintenance

The provider experienced and issue with their MC-LAG configuration when they reloaded their peering switches, which resulted in a loss of connectivity for approximately 5 minutes while their switches booted.
We have identified the root cause of the issue experienced this evening and will be resolving it with offline configuration changes.
We will notify customers of any potentially service impacting events.

We have worked with the affected provider to identify a MTU mismatch on their routing equipment.
The mismatch has been corrected, and the affected infrastructure has now been pushed back into production.

Self Service Portal: Software Upgrades

We will be deploying a software update to our self-service portal.
During the update works, the portal will be offline.
Please note, that customer virtual and dedicated servers will remain online and aren't affected by these maintenance works.
