Maintenance

Maintenance and stress tests have been completed.

Upstream maintenance has now been completed.

We are monitoring services extremely closely for any erroneous behaviour.

We will provide a post-mortem analysis on incident 244590 once we have gathered all available information.

All appliances are back online following their respective reboots and are routing traffic as expected.

We did not observe any major disruption to services hosted in Data Centre 1 (DC1).

Maintenance is now concluded.

We will be installing firmware upgrades on our 1/10Gb & IPMI switches on 8th October between 2 AM and 4 AM.

Switches will continue to pass traffic while the firmware upgrade installs until rebooting into the new firmware version.

We expect less than 5 minutes of disruption to the following services:
- IPMI (iDRAC, iLO, Out of Band Management).
- Hosted Security Appliance customers.
- Failover connectivity for Web Hosting Servers.
