We will be upgrading the firmware of our routing infrastructure on 08-Sep-23 at 20:00.
We anticipate the upgrade to proceed as follows:
-19:00 - First set of appliances upgrade, connection flows are cut and migrated to warm-standby infrastructure while the upgrade is completed. <1-second disruption while connection flows are re-established.
-19:15 - Verify upgrades completed successfully and primary appliances are fully functional. Initiate upgrade of the second set of appliances.
-19:30 - Second set of appliances upgrade, connection flows are cut and migrated back to primary routing infrastructure while the upgrade is completed. <1-second disruption while connection flows are re-established.
Our routing infrastructure is fully redundant, as such we do not expect any major disruption.
We will update this page once the upgrades have been completed.
