Following on from issues with our LONAP-facing router in Telehouse West, Juniper has made the decision to proactively replace the unit.

The replacement hardware arrived on site with us today and will be replaced tomorrow (23 Jul 26) from 3 AM to 6 AM. We expect our LONAP sessions to be offline for approximately 45 minutes while the hardware is swapped.
