What's Happening? 

On 28-June-25, we will be performing configuration changes on the following L2TP Network Servers (LNS). These changes are to enable a number of technologies used for providing IPv6 over broadband sessions.

Any active sessions will be dropped when we apply configuration changes, the LNS' will require reloading. 

These works are scheduled to begin at 3AM.

What's the impact? 

Existing broadband sessions will be terminated as the configuration changes are applied and the LNS appliance reloads.

Any customers terminating on the above LNS' will experience a brief loss in internet connectivity while their session redials to an available LNS.
