What's Happening?
On 09-Aug-25, we will be performing changes on our network infrastructure to migrate Layer 3 services to our new core switches.
The changes affect customers with services in racks A2-A4.
These changes are part of a project to increase our core network capacity from 12.8T to 33.6T, while enabling us to deliver a wider range of services.
Works are scheduled to begin at 2AM BST.

LON1: Transit Provider Unplanned Maintenance

Our transit provider in our London 1 location has informed us that they will be performing urgent maintenance on their infrastructure tomorrow morning from 1 AM to 5 AM BST.
This maintenance will affect our uplinks with AS13213.
We have implemented traffic shaping measures to steer traffic away from LON1, and route via LON2 while maintenance is performed.
We do not expect disruption from the provider maintenance, as traffic has been gracefully routed via our London 2 location.

Traffic will be moved away from nodes while upgrades are applied.
Applications routing through the WAF cluster may experience up to 5 minutes of disruption.

We will be performing maintenance on our London 2 Border Routers on Saturday, 6 September 2025, from 0200 to 0800.
