Maintenance

We will be installing firmware upgrades on our 1/10Gb & IPMI switches on 8th October between 2 AM and 4 AM.

Switches will continue to pass traffic while the firmware upgrade installs until rebooting into the new firmware version.

We expect less than 5 minutes of disruption to the following services:
- IPMI (iDRAC, iLO, Out of Band Management).
- Hosted Security Appliance customers.
- Failover connectivity for Web Hosting Servers.

Maintenance activities are now complete and all services are functioning.

We will be performing maintenance on our distribution infrastructure to deploy additional public network capacity.

We expect maintenance to take up to 60 minutes, with minimal downtime.
