All maintenance activities are now complete.

All services look to be online and functioning normally.

We will continue to closely monitor our systems over the next 48 hours for any erroneous behaviour.

The third set of hosts have had their upgrades completed and have all booted successfully.

Virtual workloads on these hosts are powering back on now.

The second set of hosts have been added back into their respective compute pools following successful upgrades.

We will be taking the third set of hosts offline shortly.

We will be powering down the second set of hosts shortly.

Update; 19-Apr-23

All requisite hardware has arrived on site and has been pre-staged for deployment.

Maintenance will be proceeding on 22 April 23 as planned.


Update; 10-Apr-23

Due to logistics delays, we will be postponing maintenance by a week. Maintenance will now take place on 22-Apr-23.


03-Apr-23: Infrastructure Maintenance

We will be performing maintenance on our infrastructure to deliver the following improvements:

  • Additional network redundancy for our Secure Edge customers.
  • Upgrades to Clusters 1 & 2 to significantly increase memory capacity.
  • Upgrades to our existing Web Hosting platform to increase capacity and performance.
  • Deployment of additional hardware for high-performance web hosting/applications.

Some disruption will be experienced by customers while we perform these works, but this will be minimised where possible.

Maintenance is currently scheduled to take place on 15-Apr-23.
